The Workout Warriors is a workout fellowship group supported by the KCC family. This is a welcoming workout environment compromised of 8-Saturday classes per session. Available sessions are three times a year with a winter, spring and fall session. Classes are led by coaches and leaders that are ready to inspire you to move and fellowship. It is the goal of the session to make it to all the classes, however we encouragement the warriors to make atleast 6 of the 8 classes for a success session. Workout format and style will vary but whatever the type, modifications are available to individuals with different physical abilites. Class sizes will vary session by session but understand that each Warriors will get the attention and support needed.

How do I join?

A link for registration will open 4 weeks prior to the upcoming section. Sessions are available in January, April and August. Cost for the registration is $25 per person. Registration will close the date before that session starts. This allows leadership to be properly prepared for the session size.

The first step is to call or email us so we can meet you. We will talk about your goals, current fitness level, and any additional information we should know before we start this join. During this meeting, we provide you with a WARRIOR ID number. You will need this to complete the registration form below!
